Cancellation & Change Policy
For tours booked during our peak months (May, June, September, October, and November) and all holiday weekends, please be aware of the following strict cancellation terms due to high demand and limited availability: Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made for group or private tours (including bus, limousine, town car, SUV, or other transportation modes) during these periods are 100% non-refundable. Once a tour is sold out, we turn away other potential bookings, which necessitates this firm policy. Re-booking Opportunity: While deposits are non-refundable, they may be applied to any future tour or event. This credit does not expire, offering flexibility to reschedule if necessary. Cancellations within 14 Days of Tour Date: If a cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the scheduled tour, the full deposit is forfeited. This is necessary to cover non-refundable fees associated with reserving transportation and other logistics.
