Our story

Officewell was founded on the belief that quality in-person gatherings are invaluable for employee fulfillment, engagement, and genuine happiness. But organizing worthwhile team events was painfully challenging and time consuming.

After starting a new job in 2020 with no thoughtful in-person component, I felt isolated and dreaded work. That all changed when I had the chance to finally meet my colleagues in person during our first company event. Over the course of just a few hours, colleagues turned into teammates, mentors, and friends and left me with a new excitement to grow our business.

We founded Officewell to make designing engaging in-person experiences easy. Our mission is to create the most connected and engaged workforces by getting employees excited about coming together in person.

If we succeed, companies will have highly engaged and thriving workforces. And more importantly, we believe individuals will be healthier and happier and be able to prosper professionally and personally from the real bonds fostered face-to-face.
