Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works: Cancellation Fees If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees will apply based on how far in advance you cancel: 7 – 21 days before the event → 25% of the game fee 4 – 6 days before the event → 50% of the game fee 1 – 3 days before the event → 75% of the game fee Less than 24 hours before the event → No refund (Note: Venue admission fees are non-refundable.) Rescheduling Policy If you reschedule at least 3 business days before your event, and the new date is within 3 weeks, there is no rescheduling fee. If you reschedule 1 to 2 business days before your event or request a new date more than 3 weeks later, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply, along with any additional venue fees. We’re happy to help accommodate changes when possible—just reach out to us in advance!
